PENGEMBANGAN PENGETAHUAN SISWA DALAM MENGOLAH DATA PADA SMAN 2 ONOHAZUMBA

Abstract

Data processing skills are an essential competency that students need to develop in response to technological advancements and information-based learning. However, many students still experience difficulties in understanding data processing concepts and using data processing applications effectively. This community service activity aimed to enhance the knowledge and skills of students at SMAN 2 Onohazumba in processing data through training that integrated theoretical instruction, demonstrations, and hands-on practice using data processing applications. The implementation consisted of four stages: preparation, training delivery, guided practice, and evaluation through observation and comparisons of students' abilities before and after the activity. The results indicated an improvement in students' understanding of basic data processing concepts, their ability to input, process, and present data in tables and charts, and their confidence in utilizing technology to complete academic tasks.
